Incompetence in registration and delivery process

Registration for 2013 opened 1 October, I ensured my admission application was received and approved mid-September. My registration was completed 29 September and full studies fees were paid by 1 October
From that point it took Milpark 2 months and countless follow-ups to process my registration and payment. I was promised by study material would be shipped 1 December. When i followed up 5 december, Melville had not even processed my paperwork to Cape Town. From that point it was a struggle to get my material sent. Finally i received 2 of my subjects 21 December with a promise my 3rd would be delivered beginning January. I warned that my delivy address would change the 9th. Needless to say my material was once again late. Today they delivered to the wrong address, i arranged for my husband to collect it, but the driver lost his patience and left with my material, my husband thus making the trip unnecessarily. I am still trying to get confirmation that the driver has been reached to fix the problem.

Milpark demands payment upfront but is uncapable of completing 1 registration process in 3 and a half months. I pity the people that try register for this semester now.
