Useless service, it seems they have to idea on how to deal with enquiries, call center agents are unable to give clarity on what can be done.
Provisional acceptance need clarity ; Contacted all available faculty contact numbers seems like no one is available at all only voicemail???
UJ needs to invest in more staff!!
