Please see this as constructive criticism rather than being a complaint although the issue is an irritation.
I went to purchase something at your emporium store today and the only point of sale which was open was the main one in the main store, none of the countless other till points was manned or operational which resulted in me having to que behind 10 other patrons. This is a trend ive noticed in all your stores and it is an irritation, i don't see the point of going through the trouble to plan these and then to spend thousands of rands to install a point of sale if its not going to be used. The vacant space is just making you look bad.
If i had not have needed the item today i would not have bothered to stand in the que and wait.
Just a thought.
