I have been to unisa 3 times in the past month to sort out my registration. the first time, it was never done. the second time my details have been sent away and i was told i will get a response within the same day, i never did. the 3rd time was again to find out what is going on with my registration and again was told to wait. Last year, i was told for me to access Bachelor of Computing Science i must go to any FET college and do N4 maths. Now, i have to do an access math programme again before i can access this course?
Why am i being shunted around like this? Then, trying not to take off from work again, i call the florida campus just to have the phone put down in my ear 5 times by a lady named Thembile in the registration office, because i am asking questions about this? I find this highly unacceptable and disgusting from a institution like Unisa, as so many people i know always talks so great of this university. I want a response to my query asap. Donovan Stark
