I've made almost 100 calls now! Please Answer!

Last year (2013) I sent through my application to start studying in 2014 for first semester. After no response of any kind after applying I called through to Applications to find out the status of my application. I was told that there was a problem with two of the documents I sent through and that I'd need to resend them after the 6th of January 2014.

I have been calling since the 7th and NOONE is picking up the phone. I've tried calling 'General Applications and Registration queries', 'Applications', and every option for 'Regional support: Johannesburg'. The call either dials forever and noone picks up, a machine puts me on hold forever (longest I waited was about 20 mins), or the user apears to be busy.

These studies are essential to my career's future and it's so aggravating that noone there at Unisa seems to be available to help me out. At one point I was incredibly off because it sounded like the call was going through and that somebody just hung it up on me then left the phone off the hook afterwards as no call would go through after that.

I really need to get on with my studies and hope that somebody is willing to help me out with this.
