BLEAK SERVICE FOR SA MAJORITY IN TERTIARY STUDIES

I have been trying to resolve a remark issue with UNISA since 2013 semester 2. Trying to get anyone single person in UNISA to take responsibility of the query seems to be nothing short of a miracle. I have dealt with Nkamu, Lindiwe and Prinsloo (who suppose to be a manager by the way- who said there is nothing he can do) All seem to be waiting for my script to be returned from METROFILE of which it took them approx 2mnths just to get onto the system and request. All of the above mentioned people come from the Economic MNGT faculty dealing with final year students. Its now going for 6 mnths and they have not bothered to get back to me despite the 100s of calls to UNISA..
I cannot come to terms that the future of millions of south african hopefuls are being placed in the hands of people who simple dont seem to understand that they are playing with people's lives. Careers are being placed on hold, Livelihoods are being comprimised and the upliftment of family's lives are being placed on hold. Government keep complaining of poor skills or lack of skills in the professional sector yet the educational system which suppose to support the up & coming professionals are in a state of dismay
