This is really annoying, one calls Unisa for the entire day without any luck. I have been waiting for my study material, which I indcated that it must be couriered to my business address however someone choose to have my pack posted to SAPO. Guess what, none of these people are responding or answering calls... how pathetic. I made my payment well on time to be wasting time in trivial things like making an institution to use their brains.

YEAR IN YEAR OUT THERE'S ISSUES WITH UNISA ESPECIALLY THIS TIME OF THE YEAR. AS TO WHY DID SOME SMART GEORGE DECIDE TO CANCEL THE CONTACT CENTRE, ONLY PETER WILL KNOW HONESTLY.

THE ENTIRE SMPD DEPARTMENT IS INCOMPETENT!!! WHY POST MATERIALS IF MY DESIRE WAS TO HAVE MY PARCELS COURIERED???
