Study materials have not been dispatched

Good day,

I have registred and paid for my module on the 26th of June. Usually within a day or two the study materials are sent to Dispatch and this info is updated and available on myunisa. However, not this time, I am still waiting for my study materials. I have emailed your Dispatch, I have smsed Dispatch, the course contact and [email protected] and nothing has been done yet.

I received a reply from Dispatch by sms, stating that I should hear from them within 4 working days. But they haven't given me any feedback yet.

Please advise when my study materials will be couriered to me.
