I have had to take this over from my daughter who is so stressed about her application. We have sent all the necessary documents, confirmed they are received, paid the R100, 00 admission fee and 6 weeks later after emailing the proof of payment 3 times, they still ask for payment.

What is going on at UNISA. Every number I call is engaged or just rings.
is anyone working there - does any one care.

What a joke, no wonder our country is in a mess. The young enthusiastic South Africans are battling to get into study and better their education.
I sincerely hope someone calls me. Or am I wasting my time like all the other students who have complained on Hello Pete
