I purchased a sharetrackin program from them in February 2012.
I've been trying to get a full statement of my account since last year September. After many phone calls and e-mails still no response. Reason is they keep on deducting money in huge sums from my budget account and according to my calculations with the cash I paid in (all on record) (and did send it through to them a second time) I am already paid up for the sharetrackin program. I tried to stop everything by the bank, I tried to stop everything on their side - just still going on. (no response). All I want to do is to get everything finalized and get them out of my life. At this moment and according to my calculations I think they owe me. Pathetic service from the financial department. I' ve spoken nicely, got cross and yelled at them - nothing. There is normally nobody in the financial department that can help you when you phone or they will phone back which never happens.
