I've been at vc for a while and I have been so stressed.
Have not received feedback about an investigation on a certain mark that suddenly went from a mark to zero from 2011. I am confused to see why out of the blue I recieve a phone call recently for a failed module from my higher certificate that was completed in 2012. I was also given my transcript to say that I have passed every subject and even a HESA certificate to say that I have completed and I even have a confirmation letter from my HOD in 2011 to say my year of HCBPP was completed. No response or feedback from anyone. Not from the principle who I never see or hear from, neither from the vice principle who promised to investigate and this has happened countless times throughout my studies. I have left and no longer want to involve myself with the college. I have had enough of the lack of responsibility from the admin.
