In December 2011 I completed my qualification with Boston Business College. All my fees were paid up, nothing was outstanding and all exams were completed. HOWEVER a dispute between Boston and ICB in there arrangements with each other lead to my qualification only been given to me A YEAR LATER!
After numerous requests for them to resolve this nothing has been done. I find it appalling that as a student I was penalised for a dispute unrelated to me and that I only received my qualification a year later resulting in me being unable to trade in my field because of it . to date they still have not corrected my qualification and no one has contacted me since. I would like very much for this to be resolved now, or further action has to take place.
