I have applied for my exemption certificate for admission to degree studies on the 2nd of May 2013, as well as sent all my documents in and paid the fee. After waiting for a couple months, I tried to contact them; however, no one ever replied to my emails, faxes nor did anyone answer the phone. Without HESA I can't study at Varsity College - which is what I applied for. I've been waiting for nine months now and did not get any reply. Very unprofessional.
