Good day. We have requested that the correspondence material should be changed from English to Afrikaans. For two weeks the Product Specialist did not come back to us informing us whether this can be done or not. I was sent from pillar to post and line that gets dropeed because of incompetence and a Call Centre Manager that is ignorant. A Learner needs his study material and we are unable to get the support we need from Intec, why? Timeframe is not being adhered to. It was confirmed by the Intec consultant that this text books are available in Afrikaans. So why is this call been taken so long to reslove? Please treat this matter of sense of urgency. Thank you.
