I noticed a month ago that a payment totalling R3050 was wrongly allocated to my account. I did not make the payment and I am sure the right student is stressed sick about his/her payment not reflecting. I know I owe UNISA some money but I really need this payment taken out of my account and allocated correctly. Because of the nature of my work, I cannot go to a Regional office so I have sent several emails and smses, phone calls unfortunately are not answered so I am hoping this channel will speed things up because this is over a month old.
