Hi Farouk, firstly I had enrolled for the course for 2012 which I had attended the beggining of the classes only to have been locked out of the premises on two occassions as the lecturers had locked the gates. Once I had fallen behind I had discussed with Bruce and we had come to an agreement that the course would be repeated this year. I never received any correspondence as to when the course was to start.
I was then introduced to William, we had discussed at the beggining of the year that I would be doing the course on a part time basis. Once again I was told that I would be getting a schedule which never happened. I am no longer interested in doing any course with your institution as I have only ever had bad service. I do understand that costs were involved with the books which were purchased (which were late and I was given photo copied books instead of the certified manuals) I am willing to accept a refund less the manuals which were purchased on my behalf.
If this matter is not finalized within the next 48 hours I will have no choice but to seek legal assistance.
