No feedback on registration, still in progress

I have registered for my honours degree on the 11 January 2013, and made the required payments electronically. I had to submit a letter stating why I need to be considered for registration and forwarded the email with the letter to the required departments, Econ and (cc) BMpostgrad, on which BMpostgrad informed me that I must submit it through Econ, which I did on the first submission. I'm still awaiting feedback as it is already 3 days past the registration closure date.
