I was provided with the incorrect information when I had called in to query cancellation of a Unisa Module. I was not advised that I had to pay the full amount for a module if I had to cancel after the 15th of August 2013. I was clearly advised by a consultant that I will not be liable for the amount owing as it would be forfeited. weeks later only when I called in to query the amount owing I had been advised I have to pay the full amount - should I have known this I would not have cancelled my Module. As a student I feel as if I was misled and I do not wish to continue with my studies at Unisa for the next semester.
