I have never been so disgusted by anything ever. The service is non existent. I had an issue that needed assistance and Firstly none of the contact numbers worked and when I did get through to someone they told me their numbers have changed and they haven't decided to communicate them to the public yet. Secondly no body knows what is going on and are constantly passing the buck. This is a university and they are supposed to be educating the nation but do not give any one the means. I eventually had no other option and contacted the registrar who totally ignored my request and now I am stuck in a situation that is out of my control and I am losing money and time.
