Unisa has contact numbers listed in order for certain queries. I have tried to contact a few numbers and they are constantly busy every day and all day! I have tried emailing a query and that also never gets answered. I am assisting my daughter in enquiring on confirmation on registration and the amount to pay for the registration. Due to this the first semester deadline has passed and I am afraid this may happen for the second semester too! We both have been unsuccessful since. we are hoping by some miracle that somone who should be manning the emials, can respond to our query! Surely an Establisment as large as Unisa should have a call-centre in place to assist the public just as successfully as places like Telkom and Standard Bank. This is really ridiculous and not professional at all.
