Thank you for your empathy

On the 27 September, 2013, asked time off from work, drove to University of Johannesburg to submit my child`s application for undergraduate, 2014. Applications queue was long but one could tolerate because it was moving. I, however hit a barrier when reaching the desks where the checking of the application forms for correctness was being done. Everything seem fine with my child`s application, except the copy of her ID.The checking official found it too dark a copy and also not certified. My problem was, child is in Mpumalanga, in a boarding school, to try and get better copies, certify them and submit would be a mission. I started pleading with the checking officials to do something for me or refer to someone higher so that I can arrange to bring new copies once obtained from Mpumalanga. Nobody wanted to hear anything, answer was we cannot help you. My major problem was, the 27th September was closing date. A guy, by the name of Freedom, at enrolment centre was moved by my predicament and promised to refer my application for further assistance.my child might get admitted or not, but happy that someone offered me some hope. we will wait and see. Thanks Freedom, whatever the outcome
