NO REFUND after 6 MONTHS

I received my last results of my exams, which I obtained 36% in one subject, I applied for a remark. While I was waiting for my remark results I needed to register and pay for the new exams (same subject). After I received my remark results from 36% to 45%!!! On the net they said they will reimburse 50% of the money if you pass your remark. They will refund my exam fees as well. After numerous phone calls they said I must send my documentation (bankstatement etc) and then it will take 90 days to pay out. This was in September 2012, after NUMEROUS phone calls again I got an answer that they are waiting for the accounts department. On 25 Feb 2013 I have spoken to Tembela and she give me a number to call 021 417-6837, but no joy as this number is just ringing. I spoke to Melvin on the 4 March and he said that they will mark it as urgent to the department that is doing to refunds, and I must follow up the following week. Today 25 March they said that they didnt have any feedback yet. They are waiting for the office in Durban and cant phone them or give me a number. When will I ever get my money back as I am at the end of my road now??
