I would like to express my disappointment with the service of IQ Academy. I was promised the best service and the results of the promises has been nothing short of poor. Already I have made 2 payments to the do called school and to date I have not received my study material. I received a mail of my wabill number from Fed ex which is invalid and when you call the school you are always given the rub around about their systems being off line. They should warn us to expect such services in the future. If you care enough about your reputation as a school then you will make sure that the material you promised to deliver a month ago is delivered ASAP
