I swear, UNISA employs the lowest, dumbest of the earth!!!

I have submitted two assignments at the assignment box on the Sunnyside campus, but only received confirmation of one. After a huge effort I finally got feedback... they have only received one of the assignments. NOT EVEN THE ONE I GOT AN SMS FOR!!!

This is NOT my first, second or third issue with this stupid University! I am paying a lot of money for this nonsense! They are PATHETIC!!!

No one answers phones or emails? What do they do the whole day??
