Was unable to complete a registration on the 25th of January 2013 and the system keeps default to a form indicating an unexpected error and requesting me to leave detail about the problem. I left my student number on there with the problem but was still unable to complete any registration for the entire evening.
I then attempted again early on the 26th only to find that now I could register but that subjects are only allowed to be registered for the 2nd Semester...
This is a huge problem for me as I have effectively been barred from registration of my first semester modules due to system issues, which I note have been reported by a multitude of users.
Please can someone assist or provide an indication of what needs to be done to move the subjects to the first semester which would be the right thing to do...
Too many students appear to be having the same issue for this to just be brushed aside with some immediate generic response with now follow up feedback.
