Egistered with Intec College early December last year, till today I haven't got my study material. I keep on calling and there is an excuse everytime. Yesterday I called again and was advised that the study material was sent to me but was sent back as I didn't answer my phone. I do not have any missed calls on my phone. The lady advised me that the study material is in some Skynet branch closer to where I am, she will keep calling them and follow up the matter, then contact me back and advise me on what is happening. Till now I am still waiting for someone to comeback to me. I am very dissapointed because there are no delays in paying them but when they supposed to deliver service. It is not there. I went to register to this college considering that they are the Best. I believe I was wrong because it is only a month registered with them, I am already experiencing problems.
