Bad service delevery

Good day

My name is Siphesihle Dube. I am unsatisfied with the service I have recieved from Unisa today. I had gone to Unisa to complete my registration and provide them with the form that was previously issued to me to fill out was waiting in the registration queque since half six, however before I had joined the queue, had gone to the security guard on duty explained to him that i have been registered before and have a student number which is 47142936. there were two registration queues, one for new registration and the other for existing registrations.
had clearly explained that had previously registered and had not completed my course and was refered to the newregistrations queue.
when I got inside that consultant was inpolite refered me to the existing registrations queue where I had to requeue again. Was unhappy as it had been an incompentance of the staff because incorrect information was provided to me. When asked to speak to management was told that the managers are busy and was refered to head of security who provided me with the same information.
I am most upset as made efforts to come in early to register and am at work could not spend the whole day there.
