I have been trying to contact DCC Support now since Wed last week. I have sent numerous emails, I have sent messages on social media, and I have called. The only avenue I have met a response is via telephone. However, I am told I will be called back, but nothing happens.
I am trying to set up my email address but both live and outlook are giving me errors. Then in my papers received from the college, it is stated that my password would be given to me once enrolled as the 999999 does not work anymore. I have yet to receive any password.
What happens if I have a problem with the work? Will it also take a week to get a reply? This is pathetic!
