Can someone please explain to me how I am supposed to write Midyear exams without receiving my Term 1 test back. The whole point of writing a test is to get feedback of how good your knowledge is and to correct your errors. What is even more frustrating is that I have phoned in about this matter and non of the call consultants know what is going on! Also it is pathetic that it is not possible to speak to someone else beside the caller consultants. Another thing that i do not understand is why my test cannot simply get emailed to me?!
My second complaint is that the study guide (which one receives at the beginning of the year from damelin) does not correspond to the exam guidelines. I have spoken to many people about this and after 3 weeks of waiting (this is only valuable study time) i got referred to Alison August. Now to put the cherry on top, Alison August does not take calls from students. This is pathetic! How can damelin not have a contact person beside the call consultants?!
I have now considered taking a lawyer and suing Educor/Damelin for not sticking to their policies and not letting me see into my test.
