I asked to take a study break in July 2013, Charlin send me the application form. It is now the 28th of August 2013 and I have not heard anything back from them. Rashaad is my new student Tutor as Samantha Starling resigned (she was excellent) - I have always spoken about the excellent service I receive and now there is no service
