I would just like to say that I was appauled by the service at unisa. There is no order when people need to register. The staff should know that on big days like this they should be prepared for all the applications, instead every year all they tell u to do is just go to different rooms to sit and wait. When you ask staff for assistance they get irritated and rude not being able to assist. If they can give applicants proper info as to what the procedures are, there won't be confusion and havoc.
