This compliment is very much overdue and owed to Rosanna Sass, she is an excellent agent - she always resolves my queries and timeously. In July she assisted me when I required proof that my CRM course was for 1 year duration. She went out of her way to assist me as best she could and because of her I am now registered at UNISA for my Diploma. Today again. I was so glad when she answered the phone - because I knew that finally my problem will be resolved after having spoken to 5 different agents before her. One telling me she can't assist me right now because the call level is too high, guess what I am still waiting for her to call me back. I honestly recommend Damelin should consider Rosanna for a promotion since she is an excellent worker and could easily become Head of Customer Service in my opinion.
