I really enjoy studying through UNISA, but their administration is non-existent! I have phone various people, but no-one answers and some phone numbers seem like they don't even exists. I have sms'ed and I have mailed various people, many times, but I get no response.
I need my proof of registration and unlike other universities you can not print it from their website, MyUnisa.
I don't know how they can call themselves a professional educational institution and teach one thing but practice another.
