I now too have also fallen prey to an unauthorised deduction from my account by this company. A payment for TOP TV has been deducted from my account and on follow up with the bank I was told that they have nothing to do with unauthorised deductions and that I needed to follow up with Stratcol for which I was promptly given a contact number. Upon calling the customer care number at any given time of the day you will hower find that your calls are left unattended and urged to send an e-mail. So basically, if you are the poor unfortunate victim of a deduction from this comapny, the bank does not care and the company DO NOT NEED to respond to your calls. I am really concerned whether this is in fact a legitimate, registered company as a functional call centre should surely be a requirement for the operation of such a company especially given the nature of their function which is the ability to gain access to customer's bank details and the ability to randomly and without prior permission process debit order. Can somebody help me to verify whether this company is in fact legitimate? Or provide me with an alternative contact number for this company?
