I paid R270.00 for my daughter which is a once off fee. After a few weeks she received an SMS she had not paid. After investigation we realised, we had paid to the incorrect account listed on the website. I am trying since 18 July 2013 to get this refunded as I have paid to the correct account.
This is becoming increasingly frustrating as I try calling but wait forever and my E Mails are always returned with automated responses.
