My company received a marketing brochure from SACHM for an implementers course for ISO 9001:2008 and seeing we as a company was busy getting ISO compliant, the company decided to send me on this course and the relevant booking was done.
The course was presented by Sven Abrahamse on 1 & 2 July 2013. He made many commitment during the course of this training on which nothing was delivered upon. Proof available of all communications in this regard.
I sent him an email stating our dissatisfaction, which he never responded to after which I then called him on his cell phone. He informed me that he forward my complaint to his board of directors and that they would respond to me. Up to now, not Mr Abrahamse, nor his Board of Directors, in fact NO communication from SACHM has been forthcoming. i.e. no certificate received, no mail to submit portfolio of evidence even after the due date is now long gone, etc.
