In August 2010 I supplied my Tutor and Moderator my completed NQF5 RPL portfolio and as per the designated moderator was supplied to SETA for regsitration last mid year 2012. Up to January 2013 I just cannot get through to SETa to try and obtain resn for not registered or registration information. I get as far as the front desk and from there - the phone is either being put down or just not answered or a mail box which does not give you any change of leaving a message - which I am sure they will not even get back at all. I need to do my PDE exam but need to obtain my Set registration no for that - and time is running out. To wait 17 months to be regsitered is absurd. Other NQF5 students has to do it all over as SETA do not aknowledge their Tutors anymore and before my Tutor is not on their list anymore I would like responce from SETA. My Tutor also do not follow up on my regsitration which is strange to my but still have to do the PDE training with him. I keep in a no win situation here and paying R5500 for the classes and review what do I need to do to get my registration done? Mr Blade need to take charge of education here as well!
