Stratcol Debited my account without authority

My account was debited without my consent, on instruction |(apparently) by a client of Stratcol. On Stratcol's site you are able to indicate to them that there was a debit made by mistake. I used this facility and was phoned the same day (9 July 2013) by Stratcol's client (Innovation... something discount card) and was promised that this would be rectified by the Thursday of the same week. Nothing happened. I used the facility again on Stratcol's site on Monday 22 July 2013 and have yet to hear from anyone regarding this situation. This is unacceptable and I regard this as. One would think if you make such a mistake, you would want to rectify it as soon as possible to keep your companies reputation in good light. But clearly this is not the case. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Completely unacceptable and disgraceful!
