Awful service from educators?

I am utterly disgusted by the treatment we recieved while at this campus.while seeking help for deregistration, i was treated like an uneducated person, all i ask is to be treated with class and dignity.besides my money not being refunded i am purely disgusted and disapponted at the treatment i recieved from two staff members, namely, nicky erasmus and daryl dekok. Shouted, sworn at and doors being slammed in my face!!! is this the kind of environment and people we leave our teenagers to be around? what is so hard about being polite? mr dekok needs to learn how to deal with people (whom seek help) because this is his job description!!! being apart of one of south africa's largest companies, i do understand consumer rights and doubt mr dekok, mrs erasmus or any other staff member treat me with disregard if i go back.
