In 2010 i came across an institute website offering draughting course, Full-time, Part-time and Online (E-Learning). Because i was working i knew full-time wouldn't be an option, but it was highlighted to me i could do part-time and if all failed there was the online option.
I after registering my work needed me to work saturdays and now i had to go onto the online option, But i was told there was a problem with system and they were working on it. For 8 months calling regularly i was told the same thing.
See that they were not getting anywhere with fixing the system, i requested a refund.
for a further 5 months i have been trying to get of Nicolene Jonker the finance dept. but everytime she is not available. Yet even today the refuse to give me my refund of R55, 000.00
MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSTITUTE:
Firstly ask any student at institute they will give you the same advice.
They are expensive, who don't even care about their brand, or their client.
The quality they offer is low so bad that i had a company tell me they don't prefer candidates from the school.
There are draughting schools, cheaper than this one with better people skills.
