Hi have applied for exemption of study units in the middle of May. I resent my application at the end of May as well as in June, and had no feedback whether it was received or whether I will be exempted. I find this highly unprofessional as I have to continue studying for those subjects for the exams just in case I don't get exempted, since exam time is drawing near.
Two people from the admin department have forwarded my documentation to the relevant department, but I have still not heard anything back or received acknowledgment of receipt.
What does one have to do to get a response from the appropriate department?
