There's no University as stingy as UJ

Hello,

I noticed that UJ has put a bandwidth limit of 5GB on the internet, whether in labs or the student access wifi. Why do you have to be that stingy. Not a comparison, but all universities don' have such restrictions. We understand already that some websites are closed but capping on top don't really make any sense. Classified in on of the top 10 universities, Saying UJ having financial problem wouldn't be an excuse. Stop being that stingy
