I graduated tice at this university, first in 2008 and secondly in 2011. They provided me with my degrees and I have since lost them. I went to the University to ask for a reprint I was told that they do not do reprints, I thought the person assisting me at the time had no knowledge and wrote an e-mail to them.
Again in this e-mail I was told they do not reprint. How can it be difficult to enter the system and click a print button. I was not asking for a graduation ceremony attendance. All i needed is a copy og my certificate which I believe they should have it. This policy is way out of line. we have worked hard to get these documents all we need is someone to print them from their system we are more than willing to pay for them PLEASE... i NEED TO REGISTER FOR MY MASTERS and the institution i want to enrol with is keen in accepting me but they need certified original certificates Please help me.
