To whom it may concern,

I am highly irritated with your accounts departments at UNISA GSB.

Over the past month, I have been contacted by a debt factoring company requesting the recovery of a supposed debt to the GSB for my MBA course, which was actually paid for and cancelled in a period of 6 months, due to lack of support and the risk of the school losing its MBA accreditation.

I have tried on numerous occasions to reach the accounts department and even tried leaving a message, but I have had no response.

Please can somebody get in touch ASAP!
