Contacting Unisa is an effort of futility.
I have to spent days phoning Unisa just so i can be transfered from one department to the next. I am supposed to obtain my degree this year, but without the transfer of the credits of 2 modules that I have already completed in 2010, it seems like I will not be able to graduate this year.
I spend hundreds of rands calling Unisa's various departments since each person I come in contact with responds with this is not my job, uuuuhhhhhh, or hold on.
Two employees from the accreditation and registration department have promised me that my credits have been transferred, they also advised me that I will soon receive a confirmation email and will be able to view the changes on myunisa account. To no surprise... this is yet to happen.
I am really frustrated and going to take serious steps if this problem is not resolved within the week.
Unisa... I will certainly not be studying with you ever again! Good riddance!
