No Service!

It started in March 2012 when I could not login or get any downloads from Stock Market College. After many attempts to contact them, I was told that someone will phone me back - that never happened. I gave up trying and send them an e-mail (dated 21 June 2012) where I state that I am cancelling my debit order and that if anything else is required for them to contact me. Then 1 year later... they sms me that my account will be handed over to legal dept. I then contacted Wilna on the 2nd May 2013 and explained the story to her. She told me that she will get back to me after talking to Hardus. I then again phoned on the 6th May 2013 and got the same response that she will get back to me. Nothing still happened until I received another sms stating that they are now handing my account over to their legal dept on the 21st May 2013. I then once again phoned Wilna and after talking to her I send a copy of the e-mail dated 21st June 2012. After again explaining that I received NO SERVICE for that period and cannot pay for something I never got!!! Their response was that I had to pay for the contract period (with NO SERVICE) and that they had no record of any e-mails from me. Great Service!
