I have been trying for days to register online not just in this week but I get a F126 error code each time saying I do not qualify for that qualification and that I should change my course code, I am very confused and have been at the UNISA office and tried the self help registration to save time but had the same response. I did recheck my Matric Certificate and I do qualify for the diploma. I phoned and after my 5th call attempt I did get thru to a consultant which explained that the system is a bit over loaded and I should come in and use the self help machines. After I told him I have tried it, his only valid response was that I must come and stand in the que.
I am worried because registrations is closing on the 25th of January 2013. The reason for this Complaint is that I am not in town everyday because of the type of work that I do, this is why I need to study via Unisa and I am not able to register on the presented mediums. I have to take a day of leave just to register because no one can sort out the F126 Problem over the phone???
