Stracol is currently debiting my account on behalf of a so called company called Ocean Solutions.
After having had no luck on getting straight answers from Ocean Solutions staff (whom are currently either always busy when I call or dropping my calls) I contacted Stratcol once again for an enquiry on the capacity of assistance they may award me on this matter.
My call was attended by a lady named Jane, never in my life have I ever had the displeasure to deal with a more inconsiderate, disgustingly rude and compassionless lady (which just goes to show the level of assistance one should expect to get from a company that facilitates debit orders without adequate verification of the customers consent, not that they care). Not only did I go unaided but I had to with stand harshly assembled (Irrelevant) questioning, snipes and just plain Mockery.
As though what these guy's are doing wasn't disgusting enough... Sies!
