Still awaiting registration

I have been trying to register for the second semester. I paid for the modules (DSC1520 QUANTITATIVE MODELLING I and STA1501 DESC STATS AND PROBABILITIES) on the 04-06-2013 and the registeration is still pending. I received an email claiming that I owe R 50 for the "Exemption fee "of which i paid even though I have my student number since 2011 and I paid the fee and provided documents at the time. I called registrations and was asked to then contact the Managerial Science department which I cannot get through. I have sent emails to the finance department which we read but received no response. All I need is to be registered immediately.
