I would just like to mention that it is people like Veronica Ngwenyama that should be commended for the attitude and efficiency when dealing with a client.
I called enquiries this morning and she answered, which am still great full for, to have one of my modules reinstated as a result of late payment, it was cancelled.
Veronica took no time to sort matter and even gave me a courtesy call to say that my registration is back to normal!!
I must say it is unlikely to receive such telephonic service ever from the institution and this is why I decided to mention this on Hellopeter.
Can someone please just go and give her a pat on the back for the many others she has assisted in this way.
